Stage 1: Sample Designing Of Stuffed Animals
The initial step of each customizable plush toys business involves the designer drawing out the soft toys. Generally, every custom-made soft toys project starts from fabric searching, designing, patterning, cutting, sewing & stitching, revisions, sample approval. Normally we made 2 samples before shipment, 1 for your approval, 1 is our keeping sample to ensure the production quality is the same as the sample you received.

Stage 2: Appropriate Labeling Information For Soft Toy
Stuffed toy labels or Hangtags must contain certain minimum information as per children’s toys regulations.
If to the US market: except the washing instructions, logo, plush toy manufacturer title, PA NO#, made in CHina, safety marks are also needed.
If to the EU market: CE mark is required. Our team will send the design layout for your approval when your custom-made plush order is confirmed.

Stages 3: Custom Wholesale Plush Toys Manufacturing
After all, details are confirmed we will need around 30-35 days for custom plushies production. Including fabrics laser-cutting, printing & embroidering, stitching, cotton filling, hand sewing, QC checking, metal detection, final packing after full inspection. Then internal AQL2.5 sampling standard inspection by QC team before shipment.
During the plush toys mass production, our team will be getting in touch often to show you the production status.

Stage 4: About Plush Toy Quality Standard And Safety Testings
To be sure all the production processes and materials are under the expected control and reach safety standards, we also need safety testings by a qualified 3rd party laboratory.
In mechanical and physical part: check if the filling cotton is clean, tensile testing to make sure the stitching is firm, drop test, no sharp edge,
Chemical: Total Lead (Pb) in accessible substrate materials, Phthalates, heavy metals, Flammability.

Stage 5: About Plush Toy’s Final Shipment
We worked with several shipping companies for years, so we can get a better rate all the time, besides the common express airs shipment, by sea, airline, train, tuck are all available. WE will update the tracking number within 1-2 working days, and you can track it online all the time. DDP shipment way to amazon warehouse is also acceptable.

Stage 6: After Sales Support For Stuffed Toy
Although we do full inspections during custom cuddly soft toys production and sampling inspection before shipment. But we guarantee any defective soft toys will be FREELY replaced when re-order!
