Stuffed Toys Materials.
In the handmade bespoke plush toys industry, in addition to the labor cost accounting for the majority, the fabric is also a major factor affecting the price. Some soft toy manufacturers choose to use stock fabrics to replace and save money. Normally fabrics in stock over 6 months have very obvious quality issues for the crease and moist smell. Mostly the appearance will change also.

Soft Toys Sewing & Stitching.
The stitching process plays a decisive role in the quality and safety of bulk plushies production. Stitching/sewing firmness determines if the mascot plush toys are safe to pass the stretching tests and if qualified to import or not.
For most bulk stuffed toys manufacturing, we required the sewing seam should not be less than 3/16” in size and per inch, the size distance must not be less than 9 stitches. Missing and skipping stitches are absolutely unacceptable.

Plush Toys Embroidery.
The embroidery process was very commonly used in plushes toys’ patterns and logo making. The threads of embroidering should be dense enough, otherwise, there will be voids and the edges will look like “leakage”.
