Our internal production standard: all damaged needles and new replacements should be registered and recorded correctly. All finished plush soft toys must go through the metal detector to make sure no lost needles on the products. Q1: How do you make sure your products are safe to pass the safety tests?

– We only purchase materials from qualified and certified suppliers.

– Our team will get the samples from mass production and send to the 3rd party testing lab to test and send the report before shipment.

– Or send the samples to your appointed testing lab is also no problem.

Q2: What would you do if we received the defective goods?

– Firstly, all orders to us, no matter how many the quantity is, our internal standard is a full inspection on every step of production. And if you receive any goods that are of bad quality or not the same as the sample you accept, we will remake the toys and send them to you at our expense, this is no problem.

– However, because the soft toys were handmade, no matter how hard we work for that, please understand the quality is still not able to reach the “perfect effect” like the “molded products”.
