Can you make the soft toys exactly as I want?
– Generally, our similarity is 95% -98% at least between your design and physical sample.
– We offer 1-2 times necessary revisions for free after the 1st prototype is finished.
How much to custom a sample first? Will it be refundable when I place an order?
– Generally, range $100 – $150, 5-7 workdays can be done.
– Will be deducted from the payment amount directly when your order qty reaches 1000pcd at a time.
How long does it take if I confirm my bulk order?
– Normally it takes 18-25 workdays, in case of the peak season, might need 25-30 workdays.
Can you sign the NDA? Will you sell my design to others?
– Firstly, it’s a basic and important principle for us to protect your privacy and design, and we totally fine with NDA if needed.
– We are only responsible for manufacturing, stealing/selling client’s design is NEVER an option for our business
How much would it cost for my design?
– We evaluate the cost as per your design’s complexity and order quantity, like the common super soft fabric, different weight of material certainly will have different density and quality.
– Or you could advise your target budget then we will offer you some options for approval.
How can I sure that the bulk quantity quality is same as the sample you sent?
– We keep the right cut-papers and fabric patches before sending out the sample. When the order is confirmed, we will submit the PP sample for your final confirmation again before running production.
– Our team will update you on every progress of production also.
– 3rd party inspection is acceptable.
What about the safety testing?
– Except for our internal quality testing, we will also send the toys to the qualified testing lab to make sure our plush toys can meet or even exceed the standard of the regulation.
– It’s also okay to do the testing at your side if needed.
