Q1, What was your standard packaging?
– Individual PE or opp bags are the most common packing bag for bulk quantities of stuffed toys. Besides that, we also offer blister packaging, color box, and PV box. Custom packaging is available, but please be noted that will have a minimum quantity request.
Q2, How much extra cost if we’d like to customize the packaging?
– Cost was based on the designs’ complexity and quantities. But we have a packaging supplier who has worked with us for 10 years so we can get a better price.
Q3, What information is required if we need color box packaging?
– To the EU market, packaging boxes will need to print the CE mark. But please note products need to pass the certification before printing the related safety information. Because most plush toys are aimed at the children’s market, this requires your importing and exporting must be able to reach the local’s safety regulations.
Q4, What about vacuum packaging?
-Vacuum packaging is very helpful for some large-size soft toys. However, vacuum packaging is not suitable for all plushes, especially for some complicated designs, the shape might be changed after long-time transportation.
– Vacuum packaging was commonly recommended to use in some simple designs, like plush blankets and pillows.
– Vacuum packaging cost will have around $0.3 – $0.5 extra cost caused.

– The answer was YES. No matter whether the packaging for plush toys was plastic bags or others.
